Your Right to Return

You have the right to return your Hardero order within 14 calendar days of receiving delivery, without giving any reason. This is consistent with consumer protection principles under Directive 2011/83/EU and New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Conditions for Return

• Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
• The 14-day return window begins on the day you receive the product.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or partially used supplement packaging (for hygiene and safety reasons).
• Products returned after the 14-day window without prior agreement.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product and confirm its condition, we will process a full refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method where applicable, or via bank transfer for payment-on-delivery orders.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

Email info@tendonsplantal.world with your name, phone number, and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.
